What is the story behind your business' name?

We at LOLO’S SWEET ICE are a family owned Shaved ice business. The idea for Shaved Ice was created by accident. I forgot to buy ice cream for our backyard BAR-B-Q, where we love to be surrounded by family and friends; so, we decided to serve Shaved Ice instead. We had so much fun making and serving these sweet delicious treats, with our guests we, knew we had to spread this joy with others and therein LOLO’s SWEET ICE was born.
