Where did you learn to cook?
I grew up in my family's restaurant, Boca Chica, in St. Paul where I first learned to love making food for others. I opened a Mexican restaurant called Coronados, followed by a specialty burger sports bar called Peppers & Fries in Minneapolis. I was fortunate enough to win many awards for my burgers.
