Her doughs are fermented 48-72 hours and made only with flour, salt, yeast, and water. Yup, that's it! They're easily digestible, slightly chewy, and served just as pizzas are in her family's native Italy.

With over 15 years of experience making innovative Italian pizzas, she knows that fresh produce like imported San Marzano tomatoes, locally sourced meats and produce, and completely non-GMO, organic additions are the only way to treat your guests. Oh yeah, and they offer a gluten-free pizza three different ways! As a sourdough crust, a thin crust, and a pizzeria style crust.
