I believe the start to a lovely day is a great cup of coffee that is balanced in taste and uplifts your mood. I wanted my brand to embody the start of a lovely day as being easy: no need to be an expert in brewing, the right beans will help you set the mood.

What started as Michelle’s passion for homemade cold brew has grown into a welcoming coffee concept built around great taste, thoughtful sourcing, and a genuine love of sharing coffee with others. Lovely Day Coffee brings its signature food cart experience to the Kansas City area, serving handcrafted beverages that make specialty coffee approachable for longtime enthusiasts and first-time explorers alike. Beautiful presentation and carefully selected ingredients are at the heart of every cup.

The menu highlights creative cold brew specialties that showcase the brand’s playful personality. Favorites include the campfire cold brew with oat milk, marshmallow, and smoked sea salt, the brown sugar cinnamon cold brew, and the moodtini featuring botanicals, vanilla, and cold brew.
