What is the story behind your business' name?

My grandfather taught me how to smoke meat at a very young age. I have our family's original marinade recipe that is like no other with it being over 100 years and counting. I am 4th generation that decided to do something special with my cooking and smoking meat specialties. I am a firm believer in leaving legacy for my children and their children. My passion is cooking so put my love and heart in everything I cook.
