Living the low carb/keto way of eating, I got tired of going out to Food Truck Rodeo's and the like - and having to throw away all of the 'good stuff' - buns, breads, etc. I started experimenting with recipe's of foods I love, and Low Carbolicious! LLC was born! Our food has all the flavor, and none of the carbs that will spike your blood sugar or kick you out of Ketosis.
