Hand cut pork tenderloin is marinated in local cider, dry rubbed, roasted, and layered on fresh French loaf that is pressed with Granny Smith apples, fig preserves, candied bacon, and a homemade cinnamon-sage butter.
Whole turkeys are roasted with thyme and butter, then shredded and tossed with herbs and mustard. We load it up onto locally sourced French loaf with caramelized onions, fresh arugula, and mustard-pepper relish.

Local cucumbers are pickled in a homemade brine with tons of garlic and fresh dill. The thick-cut chips stay crispy and fresh and pair well with any of our dishes!
Low-Co (short for Low-Country) Motion was inspired by restaurants that make everything from scratch, the epitome of the farm-to-table cooking style. Food made this way is fresh, vibrant, seasonal, and represents the best of an area's regional ingredients and local businesses. While the ethos of this truck is inspired by the Low-Country, then, the food is less pinned down. Kerry Meier and Jason Jewett, the owners, prefer to let the season's harvest inform the menu, rather than trying to stick to any one cuisine. What you're most likely to find when you visit Low-Co Motion are amazing soups and sandwiches that utilize local farms' crops, as well as great sides like sweet potato mash and roasted Brussels sprouts.
