About Lucita's Pupuseria

Handmade pupusas, family recipes, and generations of Salvadoran tradition are at the heart of Lucita's Pupuseria. Founder Lucita Vásquez learned to make tortillas from her grandmother at only six years old in El Salvador, later becoming co-owner of a pupuseria in La Libertad before bringing her culinary dream to the United States. Today, her Virginia Beach food truck shares authentic Salvadoran and Mexican cuisine rooted in experience, hospitality, and fresh ingredients.
