What is the story behind your business' name?

My nickname growing up has always been Lou, or Lulu. My parents and some other family and friends still call me by that and I felt like it was a cute catchy name for my business!

Lulu’s Crêpes & Croissants brings a sweet slice of France to Andover, Minnesota, with fresh crêpes, buttery croissants, and handcrafted pastries made with love. Since 2023, pastry chef, Hayley Walsh and her family have been serving the Twin Cities and beyond with a mission to spread joy through their artistry and flavor. Hayley, a graduate of The French Pastry School of Chicago, combines classic techniques with a fun, approachable style that keeps fans coming back for more.

The menu features street-style crêpes inspired by the ones found on the charming corners of Paris, from the simple elegance of butter and sugar to the rich Nutella favorite. Savory options like the Ham & Cheese, Jalapeño Popper, and The Romano bring a gourmet twist to every bite, while sweet crêpes such as Lemon Raspberry and Triple Berry Pie satisfy every craving for something special.

Each stop of Lulu’s Crêpes & Croissants also features a rotating pastry case filled with croissants, macarons, sugar cookies, and cinnamon rolls.
