Founded in 2023 by Black mom-trepreneur, Kayla, this cart is inspired by the imagination of Kayla's daughter, Lulu, and serves as a joyful space where people of all ages can gather and enjoy something special. The star of the cart is the mini pancake bar, offering endless combinations of toppings and drizzles. Favorites include Strawberry with fresh berries and whipped cream, Oreo with chocolate drizzle, Caramel Apple with house-made caramelized apples, Banana Nut with walnuts and caramel, and even Maple Bacon with a sweet and savory twist. Guests can also create their own stack with four toppings of their choice, making each visit unique.
