About Lumpy's Ice Cream

Founded by Buck Buchanan, Lumpy’s Ice Cream has been growing organically since its humble beginnings in a Raleigh shed to the opening of the first Lumpy’s shop in Wake Forest, NC in 2012. Lumpy’s mission is to bring you the same joy that ice cream brings his kids, and to do so, he uses locally-sourced, hormone-free milk and fresh fruits in his ice cream.
