This exxxciting addition to the New Jersey food truck scene has gone viral on TikTok and is ticking off many boxes for catered events all around town. Lunchboxxx is a mobile food trailer that's been servin' their hot takes on classic American eats since 2021. Their menu is innovative, interesting, and intent on making a savory or sweet something that everyone can imbibe.

This sizzlin' spot is on fire with their diverse and delicious menu of munchies, snacks, sweets, sandwiches, and as always, a side of their super-seasoned fries. Start with a Buffalo chicken or ribeye steak cheesesteak smothered with cheese and seasoned toppings. Go for their baller breaded chicken or eggplant cutlets on a super-seeded roll. Nothin' could go wrong with a helpin' of their fantastic fried chicken and bacon on a donut (chicken and donuts even…they're killin' it!), garlic-buttered Texas toast with a chicken cutlet and spaghetti on top, or roasted pork dipped in its own drippings.
