About MAD Creationz

MAD Creationz brings soulful barbecue and comfort food to Hayward, California with a family-run food trailer led by Chef Marcus. Inspired by childhood memories of holiday meals and a lifelong passion for cooking, Marcus and his wife Sonia launched MAD Creationz in 2018, serving family, friends, and local events. Over the years, the business has grown to cater corporations, unions, and city officials while connecting with the community at farmers markets. The 2025 launch of their food trailer has allowed the family to serve up signature dishes on the go, combining convenience with crave-worthy flavors.

The menu features classic barbecue favorites, including BBQ chicken, Texas-style smoked brisket, and full racks of ribs, paired with signature sides like Smackin Mac, baked beans with beef, Southern potato salad, and house-made BBQ sauce. Larger platters combine ribs, pulled pork, BBQ chicken, and beef links for gatherings and events, offering hearty, flavorful portions that satisfy any appetite.
