What is the story behind your business' name?

Magdalena's was my grandmother. My wife and I started this company on a small loan from an uncle. We started cooking out of our home kitchen and gradually worked our way into a great location. Our company revolves around bringing people together through food and community. We are a full service catering company with food truck capabilities.

Founder, Chef Juan Rodriguez, spent many a summer in Monterrey, Mexico learning traditional cooking techniques from his Abuela Magdalena, whose signature touch can be tasted in every dish served from this Fort Worth food truck. Experience their tasty street tacos, packed with al pastor, barbacoa, shrimp, or roasted sweet potato & cauliflower. Sample their pambazos, filled with lettuce, Mexican crema, and queso fresco.
