Every item on the menu is made with ingredients Mike would serve to his own family, from custom Pat LaFrieda smash patties to tallow-fried Thumann’s dogs. It’s food that hits hard, cooked with intention, and served with serious attention to detail.

Signature dishes rotate between refined and rowdy. The France to Nashville layers hot-spiced Bell & Evans chicken with herbes de Provence aioli, while the Double OG leans all-American with melted Cooper Sharp, pickled onions, and house sauce on a toasted Martin’s roll. Don’t skip My Jam, where Nueske’s bacon jam and tobacco onions take center stage. And for purists? The fried hot dog with IPA-braised kraut is a mic drop.
