Since 2016, Maria’s Bene Cibo has been an important part of the Buffalo food truck scene. The New York-based truck has made a name for themselves, pressing fresh paninis and muffulettas, and in the process, have built an unbreakable following. Their signature muffuletta sandwich is a must, stuffed with homemade olive relish, ham, hard salami, and provolone. Your second visit will require a pizza panini, packed with pepperoni and homemade Italian oil. The Buffalo chicken panini is a solid move too, but then again, so is everything else on the menu.
