Maribel’s Antojitos was born out of a craving—not just for something sweet or spicy, but for connection, community, and cultural pride. Inspired by the vibrant energy of street vendors growing up, Maribel launched her own catering business in 2024 with nothing more than a small table and a big dream.
What began with mini pancakes and Tostilocos quickly blossomed into a go-to setup for birthdays, baby showers, and family celebrations across the community. With the addition of treats like ice cream and aguas frescas, Maribel’s Antojitos has grown into a full-flavored tribute to tradition, joy, and the power of Latina entrepreneurship.
