About Marigold's Food Truck
Mary grew up eating nothing but home cooked meals. Her mother adored cooking and always meticulously prepared breakfast, lunch, and dinner from scratch for Mary and her 10 siblings. Yes, you read that right – 10 siblings. Mary’s mother was truly dedicated to ensuring her kids ate nothing but homemade goodies. She not only cooked for 11, but spent countless hours pulling her own taffy so even their candy was homemade. In adulthood, Mary found cooking and eating triggered loads of happy memories. She figured she’d share her joy with Kansas City, MO via her very own food truck. Now, you can catch Marigold’s Food Truck popping up at events across the Paris Of The Planes serving a bounty of down-home comfort foods.
