What is the story behind your business' name?

In 2019, I traveled to Naples to study and immerse myself in the art of pizza-making. Subsequently, I had the opportunity to live in Madrid, Spain, where I met one of my greatest mentors. At his authentic Neapolitan pizzeria, I witnessed evolution in dough preparation, fermentation times, and many other aspects. I also had the privilege of working at L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele, an iconic establishment in Naples. It has been a marvelous journey of learning and growth.
