Similar to a sweet italian, but made with gobs of fresh basil and a handful of fennel spice served on a hoagie bun with fried peppers and onions.

DC Half Smoke with chili

It's 50/50 Pork and Beef and gently smoked over local wild cherry wood. It's topped with a smoke meat chili.

German Knockwurst

Sometimes known as the royal hot dog, it features some of the spicing of a hot dog, but with a slightly bolder flavor. It's beef with a generous handful of bacon ground into a fat grilled sausage

Thai Chicken Curry Wurst

100% chicken in a sheep's casing, this long and thin sausage is made with thai red chili, handful of thai basil, and lemongrass
