What is the story behind your business' name?
ME Casa Catering features authentic dishes with a captivating flavorful taste and feel. All of the menu's inspired concepts and recipes have been created by Chef Eddie Cotto Jr. ME Casa Catering will provide your guests an exceptional dining experience like no other. You will always receive the highest quality in food and customer service. In 2019 we left the restaurant business to focus solely on catering and food trucks. Leaving the restaurant business allowed us to focus and create a ME Casa Extended Catering Menu which allows our clients to taste something other than our Traditional Latin Caribbean Flavors. We finally consider ourselves and International Catering Company.
