About Meats and Treats

Meats and Treats is a combination of the culinary talents of the husband and wife team Byron and Megan Parker. Byron is an ingenious pitmaster, while Megan is an illustrious baker. A food trailer, therefore, seemed like the natural choice of vocation for the pair. Together, they’re bringing dinner and dessert to hungry mouths across Las Vegas, NV. Start off with a mouth-watering plate of low ‘n slow smoked meats, the menu sporting all your favorites from chopped brisket to pulled pork to St. Louis-style ribs. Then, treat your sweet tooth. The cupcakes here don’t come in run-of-the-mill flavors like chocolate and vanilla. Instead, you’ll find unique concoctions like s’mores, white chocolate berry, and brown butter maple pecan. Plus, Megan’s whipped up loads of custom cakes in all shapes and sizes, so have Meats and Treats out to cater your next event. You’ll have a spread of tasty barbecue for dinner and some Instagram-able baked goods for dessert. MUST TRY Twix Cupcake — A chocolate cake cupcake complete with caramel bits and a shortbread cookie crust topped off with a generous dollop of caramel swirled buttercream frosting.
