What is the story behind your business' name?
The name Merida derives, from the city of Merida in Mexico, which is know for its rich cultural heritage and unique Yucatecan cuisine. We chose that name, because we wanted to honor the culinary traditions and bring the authentic flavors of Merida to a wider audience.
