Yes, Mexitrachos is registered for catering and/or vending events on Roaming Hunger. In terms of availability, we don't manage their calendar. The best way to find out if they're available is to fill out your event information and see if they respond.

Is Mexitrachos available in my city?

Mexitrachos has a home base in Washington DC and surrounding areas. Keep in mind that for catering, they may add a travel fee if it's outside of their normal travel radius.

Mexico

Tacos Mexicanos (3 pack)

A soft flour tortilla with lettuce, pico de gallo, shredded cheese (mozzarella & cheddar blend), sour cream, and salsa (Roja or Verde). Corn tortilla available upon request. Choice of Seasoned Chicken, Spicy Chorizo, or Carne Asada.

Bowls

A combination of Mexican-style rice, black beans, pico de gallo, lettuce, corn, sour cream, shredded cheese (mozzarella & cheddar blend), and salsa (Roja or Verde). Choice of Seasoned Chicken, Spicy Chorizo, or Carne Asada.

Quesadillas

Flour tortilla folded over a shredded mozzarella & cheddar cheese blend – perfectly grilled. Served with a side of sour cream and pico de gallo. Add Seasoned Chicken, Spicy Chorizo, or Carne Asada.

Light and fluffy flour tortilla filled with scrambled eggs, Cotija cheese, refried beans, and crema Honduraña. Add Seasoned Chicken, Spicy Chorizo, or Carne Asada.

Taquitos Hondureños

Shredded, seasoned chicken breast in a crispy fried corn tortilla on a bed of cabbage topped with grated Cotija cheese, pico de gallo, a tomato-chicken stock reduction and finished with a tangy aioli. (Three per order.)

Pollo con Tajadas

Battered and fried chicken on a bed of fried green banana slices with shredded cabbage, grated Cotija cheese, pico de gallo, a tomato-chicken stock reduction, and finished with a tangy aioli. Grilled chicken available upon request.
