MGM Roast Beef started in 2008 as a hole-in-the-wall sandwich shop and have grown in the past fifteen plus years to be a local landmark and a destination for people who are in DC. They now offer a robust corporate catering menu, and this year they have added a state-of-the-art, open air MGM trailer to their arsenal. Now the same experience you get in their restaurant can be brought to you for any occasion. The trailer features two full size grills and refrigeration systems, as well as two ovens and a full carving station. Other food trucks will have your large parties waiting upwards of half an hour for you to feed all your guests. MGM Roast Beef ensures that everyone gets their food quickly and can eat together without waiting forever for their food. As an added bonus, you can watch them make every sandwich from start to finish just as you would if you were in their brick and mortar restaurant. MGM Roast Beef prides themselves on the quality of their presentation as well as their product, and can meet any requirements for your event, whether it be a casual birthday party or an elegant wedding.
It is not just the meat that is fresh, but the toppings and sides as well. All produce is sourced locally and prepped daily to ensure the highest quality ingredients go into the making of every sandwich. Add a carving station to your event and have them hand slice sandwiches in front of you onto rolls baked that day, and you'll wonder why you ever opted in the past for anything less than the highest level of service.
