Milloh!

Milloh! brings the flavors and spirit of Argentina to Reisterstown, MD through a food trailer inspired by experiences that felt authentic, memorable, and deeply connected to their roots. After spending time in Argentina, founders Ale and Elmer returned home determined to recreate that feeling through food. What started at a local farmers market quickly grew into a mobile dining concept built around meaningful flavors, quality ingredients, and recipes that tell a story with every bite.

The menu showcases Argentine-inspired specialties alongside handcrafted comfort food favorites. Signature items include the Choripan Milloh! topped with chimichurri and pickled onions, the Argentinian Burger featuring grass-fed beef and house-made chimichurri, and the Oklahoma Burger with onions smashed directly into the patty. Guests can also enjoy picanha-inspired offerings, freshly prepared sauces, and traditional sweets such as alfajores filled with dulce de leche.
