Mint Kitchen is a Tucker, GA food truck founded by Fatima and Amir Kanaan, partners in life and business who carried their Syrian roots from Damascus to Georgia with determination and heart. After rebuilding their lives across countries for the sake of their four children, they turned a lifelong dream into reality through food that reflects tradition, resilience, and family connection. Every service from Mint Kitchen carries the warmth of home cooked meals and the pride of sharing culture through authentic Syrian cuisine.

The menu highlights time honored dishes prepared with care, including shawarma, shish kabob, and kabob Hindi, alongside crisp falafel for a vegetarian favorite.
