When Ryan and Leena Rommann decided to quit their cushy jobs and open up the doors to MiSo, they only had one goal: change the way fast food works. Since 2014, their Korean-ish fast-casual spot has been a hit in Olympia, Washington. Start off by choosing either a rice bowl, nori wrap, salad, or burrito, and then pick your protein — MiSo has crab salad, veggies, roasted chicken, curry chicken, steak, and ahi tuna on offer.
