About Mission Bar-B-Que
Mission Bar-B-Que is a one of a kind organization in Portland, OR. What started out as a small business opportunity for the Portland Rescue Mission soon blossomed into a full-fledged food truck, working to help the people in their program developing life skills through the preparation of great BBQ.
Doesn't get much better than that, really. This is Mission Bar-B-Que we're talking about, and they've honed a 19 step process developed by award-winning pit masters who compete nationally. The result? BBQ that's so delicious, it must be tasted to be believed. From fall-off-the-bone beef ribs and pork tenderloin to crispy chicken wings and pulled pork, rest assured your inner carnivore will be pleased.
