About Momma Baldacci's Mobile Catering
Momma Baldacci’s was a beloved staple of the Bangor, ME area back in its brick and mortar days. Sadly, in 2008, they closed their doors after over 70 years. However, residents missing this much adored institution rejoiced when it was reborn as a food truck and catering company in Portland, ME. Now, you can grab all that classic Momma Baldcacci’s cuisine on wheels.
The menu runs the gamut of Italian favorites. You can go for a meatball sub served up on brown butter garlic bread and topped with mozzarella, parmesan, marinara, and a generous sprinkling of aromatic herbs for extra flavor. Of course, no self-respecting Italian joint would fail to sell pasta. You can grab anything from cheese tortellinis smothered in bolognese to spinach-stuffed shells to Alfredo dished up with brined fried chicken. And you’d of course be remiss not to grab a cannoli for dessert. Getting hungry? Then keep your eyes peeled for Momma Baldacci’s popping up at events. Or, why wait? Book ‘em yourself to bring all this deliciousness straight to your next event. Italiain food is one of the most popular international cuisines, so guests are sure to love it.
