About Moneybags Dumplings

If stellar reviews and a flock of followers isn't enough to get you book Moneybags Dumplings for catering, we don't know what is! This food trailer's incredible owner, Jali, is perking up ears all over Buffalo, New York with talk of her fried, steamed, and frozen dumplings. Inspired by Singaporean and American flavors, this Asian Fusion caterer fills her meaty, mouth-watering delights with hand-cut halal meats, super sweet apple pie filling, pudding-like pumpkin, locally-sourced mushrooms, furiously fried sesame chicken, and so much more!

We're absolutely kvelling over Jali's chipotle-soaked shiitake and portobello mixture and her spicy sambal chicken with garlic and a touch of shrimp paste. Hold on, gotta pause a sec and lift our jaws up off the floor before we even mention the thick-cut, oily garlic noodles or steaming bone broth garnished with freshly fried onions.
