Lindsay Moriarty and Rob Gillespie began selling their delicious dishes in farmer’s markets throughout the Raleigh-Durham, NC area. They brought a little something extra to old-fashioned diner fare, using local ingredients and robust mixes of ethnic spices to provide new twists on the classics to hungry patrons. Inspired by a positive public response, the duo eventually opened up their own bakery in downtown Durham. Now, you can swing by any time of day for a hearty meal packed with bold flavor.

Ooey Gooey Gouda - Rich, smoky perfection in the form of a bagel smothered in applewood smoked bacon, melted gouda cheese, a fried egg, and heirloom tomato jam. Yum.
