What is the story behind your business' name?
Since I am a product of the '80s and have a deep passion for music, I felt like Heavy Metal Grill was a good name with a little punny twist to it—mashing the thunderous power of classic heavy metal with the fiery sizzle of the grill. This food truck is all about cranking up the volume on bold, rockin' eats that hit hard and satisfy every craving.

The menu riffs across genres with Rockin' Tacos like Chipotle BBQ Tacos, Jacked Up Tacos, and Mojito Lime Chicken Soft Tacos, all served on warm flour tortillas and stacked with house made sauces and fresh toppings. Fan favorites also include the Wild Hog with pulled pork and Wylde sauce, the over the top Gyrrito packed with gyro meat and tzatziki, and customizable Taco Bowls loaded with ranch dressing and crunchy wontons.
