About Ms. Sippi's Southern Cuisine

You might not have thought of Belgrade, MT as a destination for authentic Southern and Cajun cookin', but that was before you learned that it's home to Ms. Sippi's Southern Cuisine. This Southern food trailer is helmed by Megan Matthews, born and raised in Florence, MS, and so dang proud of food she grew up eating that she's ready to share across the mountainous place she now calls home.

It goes without saying that you'll have to try the Cajun classic, jambalaya, made with spicy andouille sausage, chicken, and shrimp. Or get your hands on a blackened shrimp po'boy or chipotle chicken sandwich. The menu is simple, easy, and delicious, because who really wants to spend hours staring at a menu instead of gorging themselves? Not us!
