Nach'Yo Average Food Truck is, unsurprisingly, not your average food truck. For starters, it's not a truck at all: you'll find them serving the Seattle area out of an old, vintage trailer. Most importantly, though, Nach'Yo isn't a truck that sticks to one game plan — they're serving specialties from all around the country, so from LA-style street tacos to Philly-style cheesesteaks, anybody should feel at home.
