What started as a homemade sourdough project during the pandemic has grown into Napolimex Pizza, a pop-up catering business dedicated to authentic Neapolitan-style pizza. Built around a passion for great food and bringing people together, Napolimex Pizza crafts every dough from scratch using premium 00 flour and a 48-hour fermentation process. Each pizza is baked fresh on-site, creating an interactive dining experience that adds energy and flavor to weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and private celebrations.

The menu features a mix of traditional and creative pizzas made with carefully selected ingredients. Guest favorites include the classic Margherita, the Hot Honey Jalapeño, and the Pesto pizza made with housemade pesto.
