Neema's is a southern comfort food trailer serving everything delicious in Seattle. The food is based on southeastern coastal cuisine, America's original fusion food. Comprised of a mixture of Africa, European and Native American ingredients and techniques, the food ranges from barbeque to seafood including traditional sides and the unconventional.
