Nellas Smokehouse Barbecue

Nella's Barbecue is wheeling around tradition of the smoky southern 'q and bringing it way, way north to Minneapolis. This food truck's smokin' up top quality meats and servin' them in down home comfort. After all, they're family owned and operated. And they've been featured on national food channels, not to mention major league baseball teams. That's gotta count for something. You'll get your food fast, but it's been cooked slow. Like, real low and real slow, just how BBQ should be. Ribs fall off the bone after being cooked for 7 hours, and jerk chicken is crisp after 4-6. Nella's really puts the time into their food, and it shows. They're utilizing their own rub to bring out that tried and true Southern 'q flavor, not to mention their homemade sides including mac and cheese, collard greens and rice and beans. So what are you waiting for? Find Nella's food truck or have 'em bring the meats to your next backyard shindig. Nobody's got your back like family, and nobody knows that more than Nella's. They've got your back and your BBQ. Dinner's served. MUST TRY 1 Pound State Fair Size Turkey Leg - the biggest one you're ever gonna eat, smoked for 7-8 hours and served with cool coleslaw and seasoned fries.
