What began as a first taste of Italian ice in Philadelphia quickly turned into a cross country pursuit of perfecting the craft, blending real fruit, inventive flavors, and a playful approach to presentation. From early builds in Kansas City to recipe refinement in Northern California, this team has shaped a concept that feels both polished and full of personality.
