Meet Deep Prakash Deoja
What is the story behind your business' name?

People often associate vegetarian/vegan foods with just salads or eating leaves. Being a vegetarian for over 23 years and not being the biggest fan of salads, I have been able to thrive on tasty vegetarian foods. Over 90% of my food comes from plants. With the development of vegan meats, once you try good vegetarian foods, you rarely miss meat. We launched Nepali Fusion Kitchen to provide good tasty foods that everyone can enjoy. We wanted to offer foods to people who cannot eat food because of diet restrictions - hence our menu caters dairy free, and gluten free options. We want everyone to enjoy food so if you have a special condition, speak to us and we might be able to accommodate you.
