This Torrington, CT food truck is on a mission to unite the world through the power of fusion food, in particular, the mighty taco. Building on tastes and ingredients from around the world, their signature nibbles feature traditional lowcountry, slow-cooked beef topped with pice de gallo and garnished with a lime-cilantro Mexican crema.
