Nico's Gyros

Nico’s Gyros brings the flavors and traditions of Greece to Pacific, MO, with family recipes inspired by the quaint village of Paleros, home of Nico’s Yiayia, or grandmother. The food trailer serves slow roasted lamb and souvlaki style chicken marinated in traditional Greek spices, carrying generations of Greek cooking into every meal. Founded in 2025 alongside Nico’s mother, or Mana, the business grew from the success of Nico’s Pico, the fresh salsa venture he launched at just 17.

The menu features Greek favorites like the roasted lamb gyro, chicken souvlaki gyro, and veggie gyro, each served with fresh vegetables, Kalamata olives, feta, and house-made tzatziki. Heartier options include Greek dinner plates with lamb orzo and Greek potatoes, Greek nachos topped with souvlaki chicken, and fresh Greek salads. Sides of hummus and pita, seasoned Greek potatoes, and lamb orzo round out the savory offerings, while flaky baklava provides a sweet finish.

Nico’s Gyros also brings a little extra personality with Nico’s Pico, a lineup of fresh salsa in Mild, Wild, and Verde varieties, alongside other heat levels for salsa fans.
