Setup: (est. 50 people) Our typical setup is going to include a food truck with a passenger side concession window. Or for out of range, we have a 10x10 popup setup. We grill up our sliders fresh and quickly in batches. Each of our sliders will be served in their own sleeve and set up for grab and go at the serving table along with a bag of chips and their own 1oz squeeze bottle of the Secret Slider Sauce. -2 single patty smashburger Sliders: House made buns 80/20 custom beef blend American cheese Kosher dill pickles -Hawaiian chips -1oz Squeeze bottle of Secret Sauce -soda/water
