In our kitchen, we believe food is love. Our grandchildren call me Nonni, and spend a lot of time learning how to cook with me at home. When it came time to name the business, it was a natural fit!

Nonni's Mini Donuts is a food trailer based in Winter Springs, FL serving up hot, fresh mini donuts made with love and a dash of adventure. Inspired by a honeymoon trip to Alaska and powered by a passion for family and good food, this cheerful trailer brings handmade vanilla cake donuts to markets, parties, weddings, and events across Seminole County. Every donut is a warm bite of nostalgia with a name that honors the heart of the kitchen: Nonni.

The menu is simple and packed with flavor. Each mini donut is made fresh on site and finished with toppings like cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar, blueberry glaze, lemon glaze, chocolate icing, or even a mix of chocolate and strawberry. Special events can be customized with sprinkles and glaze colors, making Nonni’s a sweet fit for birthdays, weddings, and anything worth celebrating.
