Build Your Own S'mores Bar

Our custom s'more bar is more than just a dessert! It is a fun and interactive experience for you and your guests to enjoy. With North Mallow, you receive up to 3 hours of roasting with 3 flavors of our homemade marshmallows and our signature cinnamon sugar grahams! We include a variety of chocolates, such as Ghirardelli, Reece's, and classic Hershey's. To allow for all of your guests to enjoy the s'more experience, we provide both our gourmet grahams and gluten free graham crackers. Our current marshmallow flavors are Vanilla Bean, Chocolate Chip, and Caramel Swirl! One of our "Roast Masters" will be at the event the entire time helping your guests choose the best s'more combinations, as well as answer any questions that may come up.

About North Mallow

Mike and Christine have many happy memories of enjoy s’mores together deep in the Minnesota wilderness. Both camp counselors, they frequently bonded with campers around a campfire while roasting marshmallows. However, not everyone is an outdoors person. Mike and Christine found themselves wondering how to bring all the joy of s’mores to everyone, including those who prefer to stay out of the woods. With that, North Mallow was born. Now, the pair pop up at events across Minneapolis, MN bringing the fire, sticks, and s’more supplies straight to you. What makes a great s’more? A great marshmallow, and the marshmallows here are the real deal. Made from real cane sugar, they include no chemical preservatives or high fructose corn syrup. Plus, the flavors go above and beyond. In addition to the traditional vanilla, North Mallow offers hand-crafted flavors like chocolate chip. With these tasty sweet treats in tow, Mike and Christine will pop into your event and set up a full s’mores bar complete with a variety of chocolate and propane-fueled roasters so guests can cook up their ‘mallows themselves.
