About Not Your Mama's Pancakes Tampa

Not Your Mama's Pancakes is giving Tampa pancakes so good, we'd even venture to call them flipping good. Because these aren't your mama's pancakes. Got it? Good. This food truck is making these flapjacks gourmet, with all original recipes to tantalize your tastebuds. Throw out all your pancake assumptions, because at Not Your Mama's Pancakes, they've made pancakes the savory star of the menu. Yup, you read that right. Normally, pancakes are given the sweet treatment with maple syrup and the like. But here, they're making them into bonafide meals, hearty and satisfying to all. From their specialty cheddar cheese pancake topped with pancake battered fried chicken in a mango buffalo sauce with peppercorn ranch and carrots and celery to a parmesan cheese pancake topped with that same chicken in marinara and mozzarella cheese, there's more than enough cheese to go around. Of course, they're also giving you sweet pancakes, too, offering miniature coin pancakes drizzled in chocolate sauce and powdered sugar. If all this sounds too good to be true, prove us wrong and find Not Your Mama's Pancakes on the streets of Tampa and beyond, or invite 'em to cater your next event. You won't be disappointed.
