Megan and Omar first met in San Francisco. She was a California native, while he was from France. After marrying and having two kids, they decided to temporarily move back to Omar’s home country. It was here they developed a love of crepes, hitting up crepe stands nearly every day. Eventually, one of their daughters wagered a question – why not make crepes at home? They spent the next few years honing their crepe-making skills. When they moved back to the United States and took up residence in San Jose, CA, they decided to go pro with O My Crepes! Now, Megan and Omar spend their days serving light, fluffy crepes out the window of their very own food trailer.
The menu sports both sweet and savory varieties of this Parisian classic. You can nab a quick breakfast via a crepe stuffed with eggs, cheese, and prosciutto. Go for lunch in the form of a hearty, healthy crepe crammed with cheese, chicken, avocado, sun-dried tomatoes, and a mix of veggies all slathered in chipotle aioli to ensure a bold flavor. If you’re just looking to treat your sweet tooth, you’ll find ample opportunity. A crepe stuffed with brown sugar and cinnamon drizzled in caramel? What about one full of marshmallows, Nutella, graham crackers, and whipped cream? Yes, please. In addition to serving up all this goodness on the street, Megan and Omar cater. So, don’t hesitate to book with O My Crepes! for your next event. Providing a spread of crepes will be a unique choice that’ll leave guests feeling pampered.
La Norwegienne — A crepe stuffed with a blend of smoked salmon, dill, capers, and sour cream makes for a seriously bold blast of flavor.
