Boneless chunks of Chicken breast and thigh meat, seasoned and grilled on the flat top, splashed with our homemade teriyaki sauce and topped over steamed Japanese rice, sprinkled Furikake rice seasonings and chopped Green Onions. Plus, our version of Hawaii's favorite Mac Salad; elbow macaroni with mayo, coleslaw cabbage with our special seasonings. Garnished with fresh Pineapple chunks and served with a King's Hawaiian roll.

3 loaded Kalua pork sliders served on King's Hawaiian rolls with fries and our homemade mac salad. 12hr. slow roasted Pork Butt Shoulder wrapped in Banana Leaf, HIckory smoked with Hawaiian Sea Salt. Served on toasted King's Hawaiian rolls with BBQ sauce, shredded cheese, chopped onions, sliced dill pickles and/or Jalapenos and served with french fries.

What is the story behind your business' name?
I purchased my food trailer from a Gentleman who owned it with his Wife. She had passed and he sold it to me. When I asked if I could use the name he was more than willing to let it go and for me to continue with the dream!
