Half Stack Decaf
Blackberry | Clove | Leather Medium-full roast. Inspired by the Full Stack flavor profile but without the caffeine, this water process decaf prefers nightclubs over stadiums. 12oz. or 5lb. bag of whole beans. Current blend: - 100% Colombia, Santander, Select Water Process, Organic. From Coffee producers in the Santander region of Colombia who are part of the Asociación de Productores Orgánicos de Santander Kachalú. Caturra, Castillo, Colombia and Typica varietals, fully washed then dried in solar dryers, 3,281-6,562 feet above sea level.
Full Stack Blend
Medium-full roast. Inspired by the legendary guitar amplifiers that nearly defined the classic rock era, this blend does not shy away from full throttle tones of sweet chocolate and blue/black fruit. But we don’t roast to “11,” because burnt beans taste like ashtrays. We roast to “6” or “7,” where a little natural distortion (roast character) enhances the underlying sonic profile (sweetness and complexity). 12oz. or 5lb. bag of whole beans. Current blend: - 60% Ethiopia Sidamo Natural Process, Sidama Coffee Farmers Co-op Union. This coffee is produced by the numerous smallholder farmers who characterize the coffee production landscape of Ethiopia. In the Sidamo region, the farmers pick the cherries selectively by hand when the cherries are ripe. The pickers rotate among each tree anywhere from 8 to 10 days so that they give the cherries time to ripen when they go back to pick them. Kurume, Dega and Wolisho varietals, natural process, 5,905 feet above sea level. - 20% Sumatra Gayo, Aceh region, Arinagata Cooperative, Fairtrade/Organic The Arinagata Cooperative was established in 2006 as a way to help smallholder farmers in the Aceh Tengah region sell their coffee. With over 2,580 co-op producer members across 39 villages, they are able to achieve better prices as a co-op. Using the traditional wet-hulling method of processing their coffees is what gives the coffee that traditional Sumatran profile that the industry has come to know. Timtim varietal, wet hulled process, 3,937-5,905 feet above sea level. - 20% Papua New Guinea, Eastern Highlands, Lamari River Valley Gardens Sourced from various smallholder farmers from the Lamari River Valley in the Obura-Wonenara District. This coffee has been a project for years for the various farmers on improving their coffee by working with professionals to improve their picking, pulping, sorting, fermentation and drying practices. By having a vertical integrated and whole-harvest sourcing ensures that the farmers can sell their crop year after year maintaining a sustainable supply chain. Arusha, blue mountain, bourbon, typica varietals, fully washed process, 5,577-6,561 feet above sea level.
Black Magic Blend
Our darkest roast. Named after a certain amp shrouded in mystery that was reportedly used to record one of the seminal debut albums of the classic rock era, Black Magick is our take on the darker side of coffee. We don't roast any beans to the point that they taste burnt, but we do take this blend right to the edge of our comfort zone. The key to our approach is that the coffee remains fruity, sweet, and balanced--there are no bitter or harsh flavors, no smoky ashtray notes, just a lush and deeply satisfying cup that redefines what a dark roast can be. 12oz. or 5lb. bag of whole beans. Current blend: - 100% Guatemala, Huehuetenango, Primavera Family. The Primavera Family lot was produced by various farmers in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. These coffee growers carefully manage small farms that grow excellent coffee, and each producer processes the coffee in a home wet mill according to careful quality specifications. These producers earn a price much higher than the local rate, which they use to invest in the well-being of their families as well as the improvement of their farms and mills. Caturra, Catuai, Bourbon varietals, washed process, 5,085-5,415 feet above sea level.

Tweed Blend
Medium roast. No effects pedals required. The classic “tweed” amplifiers of the 1950’s were plenty loud, but also delivered pure, focused, and incredibly nuanced tones. Like the bluesman who can melt your face with one note, then bring you to tears with the next, this blend is about feel over volume. Candy apple, subtle spice, and a medium body help this coffee shine as a soloist, though it’s got plenty of chops to harmonize with any milk or sweeteners thrown at it. 12oz. or 5lb. bag of whole beans. Current blend: - 60% Burundi, Ngozi & Kayanza Regions, Turaco, Rainforest Alliance Named for an iconic bird native to Burundi, the Turaco comes from various small farmers in Ngozi & Kayanza regions of Burundi. Most of Burundi’s farmers own only 200-250 coffee, which is a small amount and makes harvest season a family affair as opposed to other origins that will bring in hired workers to help during harvest season. The Bugestal & Greenco washing stations located in both regions allow the farmers to be able to get their coffee to a reliable source each harvest season. While Burundi may not be as well known as some of its neighboring countries, the farmers and cooperatives are improving year after year. Red Bourbon varietal, fully washed processed, 5,250-6,233 feet above sea level. - 40% Guatemala, Huehuetenango, Primavera Family.
Handwired Espresso
Medium roast. Any of our offerings will pull a respectable shot, but this one is a specialist. Lower acid accentuates the beans’ natural sweetness in this medium-full bodied blend. Also brews an elegant, lower-acid drip. 12oz. or 5lb. bag of whole beans. Current blend: - 60% Brazil, Sul de Minas Region, Fazenda Taquara Do Reino, Rainforest Alliance/UTZ-Certified. This coffee is located on a 450 hectare farm in the town of Botelhos, Sul De Minas owned by Mozart Tiso and his two sons. The coffee is grown on 200 hectares with the majority of the remaining hectares being dedicated to a wildlife conservation zone. Mundo novo, topázio, yellow catuaí, yellow icatu varietals, natural & dry process, 3,280 feet above sea level. - 25% Sumatra Gayo, Aceh region, Arinagata Cooperative, Fairtrade/Organic The Arinagata Cooperative was established in 2006 as a way to help smallholder farmers in the Aceh Tengah region sell their coffee.
