About Out of a Jam
Out of a Jam came to be when Jessica saw a problem in her community that needed fixing. Across Fort Wayne, IN, she saw women and young adults struggling to get by as they never received proper education or training to enter the workforce. Out of a Jam and its accompanying food trailer strive to help combat this issue. Not only are they serving gourmet jams every day, they help train their employees in sales, marketing, and basic kitchen skills. This is food you can feel good about eating
From spiced pear to peach cobbler to caramel apple, every one of the jams here is popping with unmatched sweet flavor. Jessica and her team use these spreads on a variety of “jammiches,” epic sweet-and-savory sandwiches stuffed with smoky, salty meat and a decadent dose of jam. This food doesn’t just taste great. It helps a great cause, so book Out of a Jam for your next event.
